Donate to Olympia Indivisible

Olympia Indivisible has no paid staff – we are all volunteers serving our country. We do incur expenses for things like our website, meeting venues, protest signs, banners and producing t-shirts. We occasionally make small donations to the Indivisible national organization and other political and social justice groups. Our finances are controlled and overseen by our Steering Committee. Full transparency is our goal and no expenses over $30 are allowed without prior Steering Committee approval. 
We are not a non-profit corporation – just regular Americans, so if you donate you will NOT get a tax deduction (you will get a warm fuzzy feeling however).

Google Pay (Wallet)
If possible, please donate with Google Pay (Wallet). The service is free, so 100% of your donation goes to Olympia Indivisible!

From your computer:
  1. Go to [Google Pay and sign in with your Google Account.
  2. Click on the “Send or request money” along the top menu.
  3. Enter the amount on the resulting screen.
  4. Enter the email address, donations.olympiaindivisible@gmail.com.
  5. Provide an optional memo to explain the purpose of the donation.
  6. Click the green “Send” button.
  7. To view your transaction, click the Main Menu icon at the top left (3 short, stacked, horizontal bars) and choose “Transactions.”

From a mobile device:
Install the Google Pay app or go to pay.google.com in a browser.
  1. Open it and sign into your Google account, if prompted.
  2. Enter the amount and click “Send.”
  3. On the resulting screen, enter the email address, donations.olympiaindivisible@gmail.com. 
  4. You can add an optional message/description on the resulting screen, if desired.
  5. Click “Send.”
  6. At this point, you may be prompted to choose a payment method. If no payment method has been associated with your Google Pay (Wallet) account, click the plus sign in the lower right corner and choose either bank account or debit card, then enter the details when prompted. (Note: Google Pay cannot be used with credit cards, only debit cards.)
  7. Your transaction will appear under “Activity” on the home screen.
