Connecting on a Mac
Here's how to get your Google Calendar to show up on your Mac.
After you’ve logged in, your Mac will ask which apps you want to use with the account. The most important step here is to make sure the Calendars checkbox is ticked. This is what tells macOS to start pulling in all the calendar data from that Google Account and display it in iCal.
Connecting on an iPhone or iPad
The process is almost identical if you’re on an iPhone or iPad.
As on the Mac, you’ll land on a screen with toggles for Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and Notes. Make sure the Calendars toggle is green. After a moment, your Google Calendar events will start populating your iPhone’s Calendar app.
